Favorite recipes
We’re starting a new round of suggesting delicious recipes for you to try at home as well as introducing you to our staff. Today, our service employee Merle Meisaelbach shares her favorite recipe with you. Please note that the dishes in this showcase series are not available in our restaurant.
You will need the following ingredients:
– 750g grapes
– 250g curd cheese
– 250g mascarpone
– 200ml whipped cream
– 100g sugar
– 1 P (American) cookies
– 1 P vanillin
– 1 P love
Preparation:
Whip the cream with the vanillin until stiff. Separately, mix the quark with mascarpone and sugar. Mix both masses together to form a cream.
Now crush the cookies and halve the large grapes.
Now layer them in any container:
Cream first, grapes on top and sprinkle with cookies. Layer as many times as you like.
The dessert tastes even better if it is allowed to “steep” for a few hours in the refrigerator.
